Dawn Sahathevan

Dawn is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives specialising in Residential Conveyancing, she qualified as a Legal Executive in 2004 and joined Boys & Maughan in 2011.

As a specialist Ramsgate property lawyer, she specifically handles:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages.
• Transfers of equity.
• Lease extensions.

Outside of the office Dawn is a keen golfer and is working hard to reduce her handicap.
