Building & Landscape Services (BLS) are based on the CT3 Business Park, Aylesham, Nr Dover in Kent. BLS cover all of the Kent area providing all general building services.

Starting with small jobs such as re pointing, up to the creation of extra space at your property including extensions and garage conversions. Included within the extension construction we can also offer to carry out the drawings and even liaise with the relevant local authorities to make sure the project is as stress free as possible for the customer.

For those people that would prefer a little more space garage and loft conversions are an excellent way of creating that space without losing any of your garden or grounds to your property.

Any extension big or small can be undertaken by us whilst leaving you with minimal stress and hassle, we are able to draw up plans for your property, liaise with building inspectors and the planning department making sure all building regulatory needs are being met.

Need your property to be fully refurbished? This is also a service we are more than capable of providing you with. We would fully project manage the works from beginning to end, including any outside trade work you may require such as electrical and or plumbing.
